The one being offered was either down flow or up flow, I cant remember, and I needed the other one so they had to upgrade it. I spend several hundred dollars more then that. I thought that they were prompt, the guy that came in explained everything in detail to me, showed me how to install the filter. He created it so I could easily install the filter which I couldn't on the other one. He was patient, took his time, and what was required to do a professional job. He was very professional, cleaned up after himself and was good."

"It was good. It was more of a mix up I think with Angie’s List. I ended up calling them and they asked me for my e-mail. I think they have the wrong address but otherwise, it was good. Once I got a hold of them, they came out and did what they were supposed to do. There was an exhaust fan thing that was wining and they told me what that was and I fixed that myself. I didn’t know what to expect in the first place. They did the job 15 to 20 minutes. I was fine with the price. They helped me out."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

He came out one day to check everything out, and he came out the next day to install the furnace. They were very professional, the only problem was that they weren't prompt, they told me that they were in the process of moving, and that is why they weren't prompt. Everything else was okay, they had proper IDs and uniforms, and even the vehicle was new with their name on it. I was impressed with that. I didn't compare the prices, but comparing it with Ebay, it was fair."

They did everything they could to keep the price of the repair down, including calling the furnace manufacturer to see if some of the parts were covered by warranty. They lent me a few heaters to put in my kids' rooms overnight since the parts place had closed for the day by the time they knew what they needed.
