"Wonderful! John was so pleasant to work with. Big personality and ready to please! We only wanted to finish a bathroom and not the whole basement at the time and I couldn't find any contractors willing to just do the bathroom until I talked to Improvement Pros. I caught him just as he was completing another job so he was able to start right away which I needed because we were going to have company nearly the entire month of June and wanted that bathroom done for guests. The new bathroom turned out beautifully. Due to the placement of the previously placed rough-ins we had to spend a little more and go a little more custom than we originally planned but John worked with our budget and it turned out better than we expected and it is gorgeous. Prettiest bathroom in the house, which is sad because its our guest bath so I don't get to enjoy it as much. John was great to work with and any issues we had were with the tile and drywall sub contractors, but when we brought it to John's attention, he made it right immediately which included paying for a cleaning company to come in and clean up all the drywall and tile dust the sub contractors left behind and even most of the rest of my house so I didn't even have to stress about cleaning my house before my guests arrived! When we have the funds, we plan to use him again to finish the rest of the basement. I recommend him to anyone looking for a contractor or handyman service because he can make it happen. "EXTREMELY detailed, took their time and did GREAT prep for painting. The paint post prep looks FABULOUS! Great group of guys, VERY friendly. Would never hesitate to recommend them. As a matter of fact I recommended then without hesitate to my neighbor who just lost her husband due to cancer. I am pleased with how their are treating her and her home. Thbey are doing no different than what they did on our home - very detailed prep for painting, taking their time to do a good job. "Michael built us a beautiful deck.  He knew we needed the deck built before our wedding (about 30 days) and he made sure it was done.  He showed up every morning (Mon-Sat) at 7:30am and was there most days for about 10-12 hours.  He also cleaned up each evening before leaving.  Our deck is very beautiful and very unique.  Michael worked with us to come up with a really nice design.  We would definitely use him again for other home projects.
Michael also helped us with some plumbing issues while he was there.  He didn't need to do that, but he is such a great guy.  He also is a Christian with great morals.  :-)
