Bob was great at explaining all that he was doing and he comped me on a part of the service because they had to reschedule me 2 times due to their schedules getting so busy with the latest extreme heat. Speaking of rescheduling, it's not common practice for them and Maggie, their office manager (and Bob) were extremely apologetic about it. I understood the circumstances.
