"Highly recommend. Had a detached metal garage installed and needed sub panel, wiring, receptacles, lights, etc. Brad understood the project, thoroughly evaluated the job site, quoted fairly, and executed to satisfaction. He also communicated in a timely and professional manner which is honestly difficult to come by."

"Brian was very professional and quick to respond. However it turned out that our problem was not something he could handle. We really needed a HVAC person, but if I ever do need an electrician, I would certainly call Brian again."

"Did a good job. Came in with 'booties' on to protect my floors. Knew my job would take a while so they sent two teams. They also worked well with everybody in the house situation, I had people putting in an alarm system and resurfacing a tub all at the same time. I also felt the final bill was very reasonable given the time they put into the project. I had all of the wall sockets switched out, a flat screen TV mounted with new outlets placed behind it, a new fan installed, and special dimmer switches set up in two of my bedrooms and it all went smoothly."

"Incident happened yesterday following power washing in preparation for house painting which was to start today. Contacted David Jernigan this morning and he answered the phone and was able to get to my house within two hours. Changed the two outdoor outlets with new outlets that had protective covers as well as the GIF outlet on the inside of the garage. He was quick, efficient and knew exactly what he was doing. Very professional and would definitely hire again for future electrical issues. His quick response really helped me out in a pinch since the painters needed access to electrical current for some repair work they needed to do."

"We met at a Home Depot to pick up the door and supplies. He cut the plywood that I had purchased previously and when he removed the rotting board, he noticed an infestation underneath. I was very glad that he took the time to point it out so that I could treat the area before replacing the board. The reason I gave a B for professionalism is that he talked on his phone a majority of the time while he was working. I mentioned my dismay because I didn't think he could work as efficiently, but he thought otherwise. The door installation went well and he finished in the allotted 4 hours. I was satisfied with the quality of his work.

"We wanted them to come back and fix something my husband noticed. In order for that to happen, he said to give him a call later on because he said he would have to fit us into his schedule. My husband didn't call him back because my husband is busy too. He called us and told us he had to leave town because of an issue in the family. He had to leave the state and he wouldn't be back for a week or two. It was fine with us. When he came back, he fixed the problem."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"Dave and his team of subcontractors were very professional and usually on time. I thought they did a good job. But I just had a problem with my wine cooler, which they had installed, less than 2 years ago. I tried calling owner(David) and he would not return my phone call. I thought they did a good job until I needed to have Wine cooler serviced. We could not get wine cooler out from under counter. They just put in hole, the flooring under was 3/8 in lower than the tile in front of it. I left message for owner David Smith to call me, I had a problem, he never called me back. I guess it was take the money and run. The only way to get wine cooler out was to cut up a good fairly new( 2 years old) wine cooler. I am very disappointed. I had to purchase a new wine cooler and have a contractor do it right, this time. making the flooring even before installation. Because due to the levelers in back we could not get out from under cabinets with out ruining the wine cooler. So in the long run, they cost me over $1,000 to fix what they could have doen when they did the job for less than $25.
