He contacted his father-in-law, who has an extensive amount of well drilling experience, and they got started. DimeStar Inc services the south side of Hampton Roads, we carry all products of irrigation, drainage, wells, pumps and outdoor lighting. we accept, cash, checks, visa and master card. We never take a down payment on any irrigations system. Payments is due after system is installed and customer is trained on system.

"Unfortunately, Dimestar has disappointed another customer. Jeff did work for us last year with irrigation and new well pumps (2). He winterized the pumps last year and I have called multiple times to have him come out and turn the pumps on. He keeps saying he will come out on a certain day and then never shows. It's unfortunate because the work he did was good. I even asked him straight up if he doesn't want my business that's ok and to just let me know. No hard feelings and I'll move on. The fact that he never returns my calls or tells me he can't do it is beyond frustrating. I would have liked to be a loyal customer so it's very disappointing."
