"Things went great. I called to check out about getting them to come out to replace my outdoor faucet and they told me they could come out the same day. I wasn't expecting that but it was great. They came out, took a look at things and knew exactly what needed to be done. I already had an idea because my father had taken a look but it was more than he wanted to get into. So, the gentleman explained what he would need to do and also asked if I wanted to have a secondary part of it fixed (no shut-off valve, which should be installed for an external faucet) of which I said yes because I had already wanted to have that done. They were done within about an hour max. From the time I called to them coming out it was no more than 2-3 hours. Super friendly and professional. I was so impressed I came on here to write a review."

"Excellent! All old systems were removed and all new Carrier equipment was installed. This work was performed in May of 2018 so I have had a year to evaluate the heating and air conditioning performance. Other than some dampers coming loose and requiring service calls there were no issues with any of the equipment or installation work. Tyler is a great company with an excellent sales and service force. My installers were fantastic and there was some follow-up work afterwards like insect guards for the intake and exhaust of the furnace and installation of new wiring for a modern thermostat. Tyler completed all projects and I am completely satisfied and happy with their performance. I would HIGHLY recommend Tyler for all you HVAC needs. We did a complete replacement of both heating and A/C and Tyler did a fantastic job."

"Outstanding service. I called because my boiler was leaking and the after hours technician responded within 30 minutes of our call. Our coil plate and gasket were rotted and bolts had snapped and we decided that we would replace the boiler because ours was 16 years old. We spoke with the owner and sales manager the following morning and were told that they would be happy to replace the boiler if that is what we wanted to do but they felt our boiler could be repaired at a fraction of the cost and no where near the end of it's usable life. So we decided to go for the repair and they were right, it worked like a charm! So instead of a $9,000 boiler and indirect replacement, we spent $472 and my boiler was up and running the next day. We have used Advanced Mechanical Services for our conversion from oil to natural gas and for our air conditioning installation. They have always been very professional, courteous, prompt and their pricing has always been competitive. I would highly recommend them."

This was a fairly large job, seeing it was a Multi floor house with two independent systems running both upstairs and the main floor. They also explained to me how adding a heat pump system to the house would help make heating my house less expensive during fall and spring. They replaced the entire upstairs duct work and reconfigured the entire house to run balanced and efficient. "Juan responded quickly on a Sunday afternoon. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the broken part. Fortunately, Juan had the part in his truck and was able to get my furnace working again. The service was impeccable! However, the weekend rates are expensive the service cost me $699 for installation of a $70 part. The 2-hour service call was $500 ($249 per hour)."
