From the original estimate, I appreciated Deska's practical approach to fixing my foundation and structural issues. I didn't have the budget for a first floor flooring gut (the ONLY option proposed by a different vendor), and Len proposed an option that was still more than I'd planned for, but doable with a HELOC. NGL it took a very long time between me committing to the work and getting the work done, but they did set a reasonable expectation in advance and the office kept me reliably informed as I waited. When it came to the work, Mohammed and Adonis owned the results from the beginning. They reliably arrived as scheduled and communicated well during the process - providing me updates daily. They also went above and beyond with preparation, finishing, and provided trusted advice when it came to lifting my sagging first floor. Thrilled to have a more secure home!"

Water is just pooling by the sides of my house and they could care less. Don't work with this general contracting company. And don't sign up with them at Sam's club they will cancel and reschedule to avoid having to pay Sam's a commission. "
