They did a little things like making sure to put on shoe covers every time they came inside the house and making sure to tarp over clothes in the closet where the access door was for the attic. The carrier system that they installed comes with a 10 year parts warranty and a 20 year heat exchanger warranty. They also provide free maintenance for up to a year as part of the installation. " I called American Home Services for the remediation of mold in the basement (3 bedrooms, a family room, and 1 bathroom) of my home. Kurt Randell, the President of AHS, came for a free estimate. Kurt is a master of his trade: he is very knowledgeable, honest, courteous, and sensitive to the client's needs. No pressure and no scare tactics. I was concerned about the chemicals used, and Kurt addressed that concern by telling me that he would send me information about the two chemicals that he uses, - Benefect and Shockwave - and I could decide which one I wanted as late as the day of the job. (I chose Benefect.) I received the estimate within 24 hours, and the price was reasonable. We set up a time that was convenient for me. Kurt's workmen, Jeff and Seth, are professional, courteous, and extremely responsive. They did a very thorough job. They removed and discarded all contaminated items from the property (carpet, padding, tack strips, furniture, books, etc.), the contaminated lower part of the drywall in 2 rooms (a larger area than that which was included in the estimate - at no additional cost), and the contaminated back half of the bathroom ceiling. They hauled away all the contaminated items in their truck, - a real feat, because on the first day of the job we had a constant, driving rain. Jeff and Seth helped me determine if a given item could be cleaned, or had to be trashed. When I indicated that I would like to keep certain memorabilia, they put them aside and cleaned them, item by item. Jeff and Seth bio-washed the entire contaminated area with Benefect, and treated exposed wires, vents, and piping with an EPA fungicide. Finally, they applied an EPA registered anti-microbial encapsulation to the treated area. On the second day of the job (which lasted 3 days), Kurt had already lined up several contractors (waterproofing, drywall build-back, and tile floor), that I would need following the mold remediation. This was tremendously helpful, because it saved me the time and effort of having to interview and co-ordinate the various workmen. When the job was done, Jeff and Seth cleaned the basement meticulously. Following the mold remediation, Kurt did an air quality test, and sent it to a microbial consulting lab. The result of the test: I now have a mold-free home. I give AHS the highest possible recommendation. Kurt, Jeff, and Seth did an amazing job, and, if the need arises, I would want no other company. I will definitely recommend AHS to family members and friends.

"I walked in ABS's repair shop, at 6PM (closing time), with a part from my car and asked them if they had or knew where I could get a replacement part.  I described the problem with my car and they took time to listen to me and understand the problem.   They asked me to bring the car to their shop but it was not drive-able.  So they offered to tow my car to their shop, for free, and  diagnose the problem with my car.  They gave me a verbal estimate of what the repair would cost, based on my description of the problem and the part in my hand.  They said they would call me in the morning with an estimate and timeline to complete the repair.   
The next morning, around 9:30am, I received a call at work from ABS. They had my car in the shop and told me I needed a new radiator.  They told me the cost would be $425.00 and that they could get it done that day provided they could get the part.  I said do it.
They called me around 3:30pm and told me my car was fixed.  
I picked it up a 6pm...closing time( again) and they took time to review the repair with me.  
I will definitely bring my cars to ABS for maintenance and repairs in the future.

"Jason and Alex were on time and the job went well. Completed in approximately 5 hours. Jason explained why some equipment differed from the contract (provided part fit better into existing duct work). Jason noted that the internal components were the same. My wife and I purchased a mid priced unit. The price below reflects an approximate cost. The sales representative (Randy) wanted us to decide relatively quickly noting that now was a slower time for their crews. Working with Scott, Randy adjusted the quote. We had already received one other quote (liked the rep there) so we knew the Rescue Rooter proposal was competitive (even if we did not get truly a break). Our existing system was failing so we wanted to move forward. Jason and Alex explained what needed to be done to maintain the system and how to work the new thermostat. We purchased through Home Depot."

"I bought an Angie's List deal. They called shortly after I bought the deal to set up a time that worked for us, called the day before and called 30 minutes before arriving. The plumber (Jerome) was very helpful and did excellent work replacing a shower cartridge that I was unable to fix myself. I had a flapper issue that I was not sure how to handle. He explained what needed to be done in clear and easy terms. He would have been happy to do it for me, but I'm pretty handy, so he explained what I should do to fix it myself and I have now done so. We also need to replace a tub spout in a situation where it will be difficult and require cutting out tiles to address. He explained what would be needed, advised on the advantages of various brands, explained the pricing in a way that made sense and suggested that when I'm ready, I should cut out the tile (I'm fine with that), take a couple photos with my phone and they should be able to both price it and give me a sense for the time it is apt to take. Jerome was excellent and I would be delighted to have Jerome or Drain Surgeons back for future plumbing work as needed"

"I’ve used Drymount Air multiple times for multiple projects. They installed a new water heater, added a humidifier, disconnected and reconnected my air conditioners during a patio installation, put in new smart thermostats and various plumbing jobs. They have always been upfront and honest about what I should and shouldn’t do and given me multiple options. When is used to get multiple estimates, they were typically the lowest, I now don’t even get other estimates. They have always arrived on time, sometimes early squeezing me in during a lunch or between customers. They are courteous and during the pandemic have taken all safety precautions. And lastly came late in an evening to help with an emergency and did what was necessary to get me through the night and came back the next day to finish. They are the first call I would make if I needed anything and would be lost if they were unavailable. I highly recommend!"
