Isaac, the technician from Bluestar, spent about an hour thoroughly diagnosing and fixing the issues. He found burnt wiring in the furnace and discovered that the wrong capacitor had been incorrectly installed in the AC. Isaac replaced the burnt wiring in the furnace and the capacitor in the AC. After these repairs, my Carrier system was back up and running—without the need for a costly replacement. Bluestar, and Isaac in particular, demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and honesty. He assessed our situation and recommended a creative solution to our problem. The upstairs work posed unexpected challenges, but his crew was committed to getting it done and getting it done right. He brought in a contractor and an electrician (both named Clarence) and a installation crew (both named Juan) that were all delightful and obviously skilled. Everyone bent over backwards to make accommodations to our schedules, at their own expense. They were regularly on the phone to each other coordinating the work - a real team. For the first week after the installation we wandered around the house marveling at the even temperature and the quiet operation of the equipment. The experience was entirely positive. It was a pleasure to do business with Su-Coy Heating A/C & Duct Cleaning."
