"I contacted Al in regards to replacing my hot water heater and installing a water softener. After sending pictures and giving additional info he was able to give me a quote the same day. He came out to install the hot water heater that same day since we did not have hot water and then returned the next day to do the water softener. Communication was great- quick and concise. I also have to say that I had had several estimates done the year before and their cost was right in the middle or on less expensive end of all the estimates - not so cheap that you wondered about the quality of the work that would be done or the quality of the softner that would be installed, but not so expensive that you thought you were getting taken advantage of.  The price was exactly right where I was hoping it would be.
