"Called McCrea Friday morning to schedule for a service technician to come out that afternoon. Got a call around noontime from service technician Dwayne Myers to let me know he was on the way and would be there shortly. When Dwayne arrived he introduced himself and we then discussed the problem, after which he went into diagnostic mode explaining along the way everything that he was doing in checking for the problem. Once diagnosed he explained what was needed for repair and again informed me what he was doing in facilitating the repair. After the repairs were completed he did a thorough inspection of my system to ensure there were no other issues and it was blowing cold and working like new."

"I’m back again to write another stellar review for GAC. Last year they replaced our HVAC system; this year we circled back and had them install a home generator. This was a long and drawn out process due to the various approvals needed from Montgomery County as well as coordination with Washington Gas (which ended up not just being a simple sign off but necessitating an additional, expensive upgrade to the gas line from the street to our home). Nevertheless, GAC did a fantastic job shepherding this process over the 6+ months of waiting on stakeholders, and they were also maximally accommodating to our family’s significant constraints on time and availability (due to health concerns related to a medically fragile family member). A special kudos to Sandy M, GAC’s master electrician, who took it on personally to ensure we were taken care of all throughout this process, going above and beyond with phone calls, text messages, personal visits, etc. on behalf of my family, I want to thank GAC and am giving top marks across the board for this effort which was complex , lengthy, and ultimately successful."

"I found TriState Home Services on Angies list and contacted them. Since it wasn't an emergency I scheduled them to come out the following day. The Plumber (Chris) did a great job assessing the problem with the leaky faucet and indicated that given the age of the faucet (41 years), he could attempt to repair it but wouldn't guaranty how it would last and recommended that I replace it. I agreed with his advice especially considering the price comparison of repair vs. replace - the price was reasonable. The quality of the work top notch, on time, and as promised. I would recommend TriState Home Services and will use them in the future."

"Just had an emergency visit to replace capacitor in one of my two HVAC units. Was able to schedule my favorite tech Kevin through the excellent front desk staff. Called in early morning and same day repair work - and Kevin fixed the problem even though the house electricity suddenly cut off halfway through the visit due to the remnants of Hurricane Debby coming through. Our family been with Holtzople since 2008 with the installation and maintenance of two TRANE heat pump units. We have always been extremely happy with Holtzople. Their expertise and knowledge of HVAC operations is superb. But most importantly, from the HVAC techs and Kevin to the front office staff, the people at Holtzople are kind, helpful and genuinely interested in taking care of us. This shows in our semiannual service plan visits as well as the rare emergency needs that pop up like the situation discussed above. And we have been very happy with our TRANE HVAC units. He was much more thorough that he could have been to satisfy my needs. I already had a quote for a much higher amount from Supreme Service Today who has been servicing my home for about three years. Suspecting that Supreme Service Today's quote was very high, I turned to Angi to get competitive bids. Since I had a bid at a much more reasonable price from Alan at One Hour Heating and Air, I contacted Supreme Service Today and asked for a price match. They were willing to match the much lower price from One Hour Heating and Air, so I gave the business to the HVAC contractor that I've been working with for a few years. Good deal!
