Guy came punctually with Nzo tools or appliances Or knowledge of what I asked for as an “URGENT repair/replace”. See ABC review same call. Not quite as bad as them doing same since we also still have broken HVAC too, both said they would fix ( I bought gasket already, they could have put in) or replace if they brought new toilet. Problem is not in water pipes except they need testing for lead - both said they would do this too - when I asked oak re taking a sample, how long sitting in pipes? He wiped off his soda water bottle and asked “which pipes?” !!"

"The plumber's name was Miguel. He was on time and made some good suggestions. The job entailed moving a outdoor metal pipe back about 2 feet and reconnecting to a pvc sprinkler line. In addition he installed a shut off valve and faucet."

But, I also felt they knew they had me in a tough situation and charged a very high price for this amount of work. After the plumber left I realized that it was very possible that the reason for the leak was that this pipe was not secured to the wall and could be disturbed by movement from the outside hose bib.
