We had to replace our 1980s polybutylene pipes as they were finally starting to leak, and knew it would be an invasive job. I had 5 companies come out and quote me - Kozan came in the most reasonable, but that wasn't the only reason I went with them. When Frank was here doing his estimate, he was the only guy who really looked at the pipes, and started putting together a plan; having worked construction myself, this is exactly what I would've done. All the others were in and out with a handshake and a couple pics. Regarding the work, they replumbed the house with minor intrusion, and even took care to cut the drywall stud-to-stud to make my patchwork a bit easier. They did everything they could to keep the water running to all the lines not being worked on, and cleaned everything up every day before they left.
