"The provider said that they would tune up water softener cycles, check salt consumption, and add chemicals to the brine tank. They didn't check salt consumption, nor did they add chemicals to the brine tank. I asked the technician how long should it take to notice soft water. He informed me that based on the number of people in my household, it should take about 10 days. I called them back on the 8th day to ask them how would I know if their adjustments were successful. I thought maybe someone would come out to retest the water to see if it was in fact softened. The provider informed me that he could send someone back out but he would charge another service fee. I didn't think that was fair considering the fact that I hired him to get my water soft again."

"Plumber charged a lot to hack up my house to fix a leaking pipe behind the dishwasher. He didn't hook up the dishwasher drain line correctly and it leaked. Had to fix myself. They used a scrap pipe instead of the proper $2 part. They wanted to charge me a service fee to come out and fix their problem. I would give zero stars if I could. Over $2200 for bad work. Avoid these guys!"
