Strange blubbing sounds in our basement bathroom and a then a clog that caused a back up in the laundry room were clues. Fernando investigated and able to figure out exactly what was happening and what to do to fix it. He was able to schedule the work when we would be out of the house so the water could be off for a couple days. He is a trustworthy and kind friend as well as our plumber. One of the contractors never called back, and several others provided much different solutions. He provided the most honest solution without charging an arm an leg. Since I was under severe budget constraints he worked with me and had me gather the materials saving time and money for the both of us. He performed the work in one afternoon and provided good communication throughout the process."

Matt, the installer, laid a tarp down from the door to our bathroom to protect the floors. He asked for our input when he was installing the shelves and grab bars. After he finished cleaning everything up he explained how to used the new shower head and what to use to clean the surface. The next day we texted him with a question and he immediately answered.
