"About a year prior to this repair, we had a brand new AC unit installed by another HVAC technician that was hired by our Property Management company and the unit stopped cooling.  The other technician would not even answer calls or emails.  Wayne had completed some handyman work for us before so he was the first one I thought to try to get this fixed.  When Wayne went out, he discovered all the coolant had leaked out due to an incorrect installation.  He even discovered the fan on the outside unit was running the wrong way.  Wayne did a great job of reaching out to the manufacturer of the unit and probably saved us several thousand dollars.  Luckily this wasn't an emergency fix but he still completed the entire project within a couple of days during the middle of summer when he was super busy.  He is always very responsive, communicative and sticks to his timeline.  Highly recommended!"

Smith arrived on-time and diagnosed the problem.  Due to the danger of a possible collapse of the floor, they immediately scheduled the work to commence.  We met with a project manager who create a plan of action.  The work crew was on-site the next week and showed up on-time.  The work was completed as scheduled and within the discussed budget.  I would hire J.C. Smith again.  I plan on having them do some additional work in the Spring. <br />"

"He called me 1-1/2 hours after the scheduled appointment time to tell me that he had an emergency and rescheduled to the following day at 9AM. He arrived shortly after that time. When I opened the door, there stood a man in jeans and a long sleeve shirt with no indication that he was from a company. I was actually skeptical to allow him in my door. He thought it should take 2 hours to install 4 deadbolt locks on the doors of my new home. He left at approximately 12:30pm. It took him the extra time to install the deadbolt on my back door because it is a metal door. After he left, I noticed that that my back door has damage where he installed the deadbolt. The deadbolt that was installed on the basement door was loose and had to be finished by my nephew. Not a pleasing experience."
