The company called back to say the worker hadn't gotten the message about being assigned my job. I was told he was on his way but that it would take 40 minutes. When he arrived he said he had to charge more for my type of windows (divided panes). I paid $200 for exterior only, when 6 months prior I had paid $400 for both inside and out (equivalent price). the prior window washers had brought ladders and thoroughly washed and dried each window. This company sent one guy with a pole, no ladder. After an hour he said he was done and wanted to be paid. I pointed out that the windows weren't dry. He kept repeating that it was "complete". Bottom line, the worker wasn't even close to being on time, the work was mediocre, and the price was nothing special. <br />"
