"John “Johnny Rocket” & his associate did an amazing job servicing my home in Winchester. From the moment they walked through the door, they exuded a friendly, knowledgeable and professional manner. They were quick to diagnose the issue in my heating system & worked efficiently to fix the issue on the spot. The entire job was complete in under an hour. I needed a new thermostat & John installed one on the spot as well! I highly recommend hiring these two gentleman for any of your plumbing & heating needs. After the job was complete, they even took the time to talk my son & I about how they enjoyed helping residents in the local Winchester Community. "Chris, Matt, and their employees did excellent work for us to replace our combi boiler and on-demand hot water heater. They fit us in quickly before a cold snap and worked long hours to get the job completed. The whole system looks great and they clearly take pride in their work. They have been responsive and timely about any follow-up tweaks to the system to get it running correctly. Their communication has been clear and response time is quick. Would definitely recommend! "
