"We had 2 sump pumps with battery backups with a perimeter drainage system installed in our basement. Workers were prompt, hard-working, and job was done within the amount of time planned. Clean-up was thorough and we were totally satisfied with results. My only critique would be that we could have been a little more informed about the amount of electrical outlets we had to have available for pumps and batteries. (But, we probably could have done a little more research ourselves and would have been able to ask those important questions.)
