"The work is impeccable! I had my basement waterproofed about 6 months ago. We had one of the rainiest seasons I have ever seen in my 20 years living in Indiana. I have not had a DROP of water enter my basement, even on the heaviest rains since we had Advanced do our basement waterproofing. Marty is very knowledgeable. The quote given was the price we paid! The crew did an excellent job and left our basement better than they found it. It took a couple of days, but the work was done right and the workers were professional. "Work went well. Crew arrived when scheduled and on time. Seemed very professional, friendly, and conscientious. They showed me what they were doing and how the piers would be installed. I gathered 5 quotes for the job and they were the most professional/competitive of everyone I spoke with and I was not disappointed. Only minor complaint would be that it seemed the grading on the back fill was left a bit high. I was told it would settle, but I doubt it will settle that much. Not a big deal--I would still highly recommend them."

"Five years ago my wife and I had our house pierced. We thought the company was reputable and would stand by their product. We had over 25 piers installed. However our basement foundation continued to settle. We thought we had a lifetime warranty. At least that's what the salesman told us, but when we called him back out the company could not stand by it because it was an act of god that their product failed. We called Advanced Foundation Repair and Replacement. Frank Matyiko came out the next day with a structural engineer and they concluded that the only fix would be a new basement. They cautiously demolished our old foundation and hauled it away. We have a new 9 foot basement. We wish we never paid for the piercing originally. They provide service for the smallest foundation to the most radical job imaginable. Great job guys!!!

"Schedule to do the work at noon on Saturday. Did call at 11:00 a.m. because they had a tire blowout and let me know he would be a couple hours late. But they did show up when they said they would. Tree was trimmed excellently. Just what I wanted. All of the haul away was done. Yard was cleaned up exactly the way it looked before arrival. Could not be happier. Are planning on having them back to trim another tree."
