"AirConEx did an outstanding job of replacing our furnace and AC in a very timely manner. The owner (Dash Daja) provided recommendations to fit the specific requirements of our home, which resulted in much more efficient system that both heats and cools the home almost twice as quickly as the old system. Had I known that replacing the system would result in such a dramatic performance increase for both heating and cooling (especially for the second floor), I would have replaced the system a long time ago! In addition, we have also seen a decent reduction in our electric bills. All work was performed in a professional and efficient manner. Drop cloths were put down through the home, down the stairs, through the recently finished basement and into the furnace room. Once the replacement was completed, all the old equipment was removed from the premise and the jobsite was thoroughly cleaned. Their pricing was fair and reasonable, and I would highly recommend AirConEx to anyone considering a new or replacement HVAC system!"

"Based on other reviews, I was pleased to be served by Nick. VERY polite, no nonsense or hard sell regarding my malfunctioning hot water boiler system. Sounded very practical and knowledgeable. Arrived a couple minutes early with a partner who appeared to be an apprentice. I feel we both benefited from his clear and patient descriptions of the troubleshooting process and what they might lead to in terms of remedies. Purged system, replaced a valve and even found and repaired a weird wiring configuration inside boiler. Was very thorough, yet I didn't feel like they were rushing, nor dragging their feet. "Very conscientious company! I was impressed with their attention to detail and communication. I could tell they were knowledgeable and respectful (not always the case as a woman sometimes you get talked down to). They also included a lot of little things that made me feel they job was done right...Included product numbers in quote, used checklists after every job, replaced pad for condenser, 1 year follow up visit, extra filter, protected my carpet while they worked, tested things thoroughly when they were done... They did not try to upsell me and prices were comparable to other quotes I got for AC alone. Price was a ittle higher than others if you are replacing your furnace and AC at the same time but within a few hundred. The quality of service and peace of mind were worth the extra money to me."

"My review for my service representative & the company MAXAIR LLC. Steve, was my representative for the service call and he arrived within the time slot that I was given. He was a very helpful & a nice guy. He got my humidifier working. As the digital panel had a light flashing to replacing the water panel on humidifier. He had the filter with him so he was able to replace the water filter panel. I set up a full service call on my furance. I was glad that I did that to get my furance ready for fall/ winter. He said showed me where to replace the furance filter. Then I decided to take advantage of the service plan that they offered. I was very pleased with my results through Maxx Air and Angi's List to help with my humidifier/ furance problem. Now I will be all set for my next visit."

"I seldom provide a 5-star rating. I expect exceptional service for a 5-star. I was leaving town for 2 weeks so needed quick estimates for an AC replacement . The first estimate cost me $100 for a service call and was ludicrous. Two others could only give ball park ranges in my time framed. T&S came out after hours the day I called that spent the time finding out what I wanted, and taking measurements and information for a quote. The next morning, I got the estimate in the bottom half of the ranges from the other 2. The supplier had a unit available so T&S said they could get it installed before I was leaving. T&S works with a lender for financing and got me started. The supplier sold the unit and it would be 2 days before T&S could get another. I would be gone, T&S worked around my son’s schedule to install when my son could be home. T&S also gave me a discount off original price for my inconvenience. I was particular about some items and T&S said they would install as told."
