"I had low water pressure from my well. I contacted Brewer to assess the problem. I was told it would be best to change my pump and tank out because of the age of both. He didn't have a crane to pull up the pump so we decided to do it the next day. He had broken the seal to the pump so I didn't have water or a septic system. The next day came and he never returned. I tried to contact him but his voice mail was full. To this day I haven't heard from him has been 3 days. So unless he changes his way, I definitely would not utilize his services."

There was no coupler on the pipe leading to the distribution box, necessitating cutting the pipe to get the sump pump out. No check valve. Do NOT use this guy."
