"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Bob Bourque discussed our heating options and also asked us if we had CO2 detectors in our house in case the furnace got worst. I received the written proposal within a couple of days. It was so refreshing dealing with Bourque after dealing with six different HVAC contractors which I received several bids ranging from $3,800 to $14,000. I did hire Bourque to install our new gas furnace and a humidifier, their price was fair and after doing my homework Bourque had good references and are very reputable in our town. I was very impressed with all the staff that was very professional and courtesy. They did such a nice job at my home I highly recommended Bourque for my mother's home which they will be installing a new gas furnace and new air conditioning system within the next few weeks. My advice to anyone needing a heating or cooling system do your homework, Be sure get at least three (3) bids with detailed written proposals and check references from the contactor's current customers. Also go online to check for reviews or complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), Anglies lists and even Google the Contractors name and address, you will be surprised with what information you will find. "It was a little bit confusing for me. I purchased this coupon and this company then charged me another hundred dollars on top of it. It was a little bit difficult for me to look through what I already paid for and what was extra but that wasn't very communicated. That was very confusing as well as not a very good experience. The fellow was friendly. It wasn't very clearly communicated what I had already purchased for with this coupon. They did some work on the ducts here but because of this, it kind of made it a little bit of bad experience but overall, it's an average rating. They should communicate better to me to begin with before they actually show up what was purchased and what additional services that I can buy."

"My two year old refrigerator had not been working well ( keeping food cold) for quite some time.  It seemed hot to touch on the outside sides. I had called the manufacturer who insisted that all refrigerators of my make and model got hot on the sides and
 suggested that I just adjust the internal temperature gauge to deal with keeping the food cold.
Ford was responsive to my call and arrived promply at the agreed upon time.  He listened to my saga and immediately targeted the fan under the refrigerator.  Upon checking it out.. he discovered that the original backing block around the fan had never been removed... With that removed the compressor can work properly to keep the food cold and the unit has been working like a dream ever since...(even with a family reunion of 12 people opening and closing the refrigerator numerous times.)..
Because Ford did not have to do an actual repair he reduced the service fee just to cover his time and the trip to my house.
