"Yes, one day install conversion from tank electric to tankless gas with water softener"

"Prompt, efficient service --- Technically knows gas furnace products --- More importantly knows the economics of keeping up with repairs on a 30 year old unit vs going with a new unit --- Not a sales pitch -- just facts ---- Went new and the cost including nicely done installing was much lower than I originally thought it would be . "Kenny did an excellent job and I give him 5 stars. I was told by the office staff that the installation of the new water heater (under lifetime warranty but only five years old when it needed replacing) would take up to six hours. The actual work time was closer to two and a half hours, most of the time was taken up waiting for the delivery of the new heater as well as half-way through Kenny left for another two hours, maybe even longer, to pick up an expansion tank. I had been quoted a price of $950 for the installation . After the installation the office called to ask how I wanted to pay I challenged this amount and ended up paying $850 instead. - I very much appreciated that Quinns were able and did install the hot water heater so quickly but felt I was taken advantage of financially."

"He was very knowledgeable and gave me some advice on how to avoid future problems. He was also on time and the service was done fairly quickly. He took the time to make sure all repair needed was done correctly and assured me if any problems were to occur he would be back to fix."

"Outstanding professional service all around by N & J Plumbing from the moment I was contacted by Nick on a Saturday (when my water heater began leaking), who initially guided me on the phone as to the actions I needed to take to gradually stop the leak - until the replacement of my water heater on Monday by Nickâ s team."
