I didn't make it easy on him with the stain of the HW as I was needing to match it as close as possible to the laminate color. He took the time to make sure I was happy with the stain color and walk me through the different options for the stairs. I did not notice any dust from the refinish and the floors turned out beautiful!! He also took on an extra job with staining and remounting my wooden handrail.
