"My husband and I decided to get central AC after this hot summer and fall. We decided to contact Genove Oil & Air Co because of the several reviews we saw with high remarks. After speaking with and meeting Phil to install our AC unit we knew we were going with the right choice. We felt confident throughout the entire process because of his ability to answer our questions and provide a clear timeline for the project. Phil and the team were incredibly pleasant, respectful and professional while on sight, and better yet we are finally COOL! Please do yourself a favor and reach out to Genove Oil & Air-- you will not be disappointed."

"We installed a Fujitsu mini-split A/C and heat pump because installing duct work was not an option. The entire process from getting a quote to completing the installation couldn't have been any better. Joe went over the full scope of the project including the ramifications if any additional work was needed. I don't think one could find a better HVAC company than Airco!"

"Peter and Mark were very professional. I needed to replace the HVAC dampers and the communication with Peter was excellent and we had all questions answered ahead of time so we didnt have any last minute surprises. They showed up on time and installed the dampers and the HVAC control panel. Very thorough and clean with their work. I've already recommended them to my neighbors."

"Rodenhieser identified the problem with my central A/C and fixed it, while another contractor I previously had take a look at it failed to do so."

"Diagnosis and repair were straightforward and the talented Mike, who has done other great work for us on our ACs, had a replacement pump in his truck. Swapped over in under an hour. Cost of the repair was quite high, mainly due to very high price they charged for the pump. A Taco pump that I could buy for $175 was priced on this repair at more than $500. I get that it was an urgent situation and I’m happy to pay reasonably for the response but that mark-up bothered me. I called the office, had a long talk with the owner; sadly, she offered no consideration at all. Yes, it’s hard to find and keep skilled techs, but now seems that most HVAC firms have a business model like a car dealer’s service dept, far more corporate, less flexible or customer-considerate."

"I needed to replace an older AC unit that is in a very tight spot in an attic. I had 4-5 people out to look at it and I thought Atlantic (Bill) was by far the most knowledgable and had the best understanding of what I needed, and did the best job explaining it to me. Their pricing was about the same as everyone else so that was the reason I went with them. After we scheduled the install I didn't hear from them until the day before (a Sunday) when I had to reach out to the office. But other than that the installation couldn't have been smoother. Kyle and his team were exactly on time each morning and were very nice and professional and got everything installed smoothly with very minimal need from me. Would definitely recommend."

"David helped me install Heat Pump Water Heater that I purchased from Home Depot. It was his first time installing a heat pump water heater but he made sure it gets installed as per code and right way. He worked with me to install stop valve in the end."

"Experts at what they do AND incredibly accommodating, excellent communicators, and efficient. They go the extra mile. If you need a water heater replaced, look no further. Highly recommend!!!"

"Had a very positive experience with Greenflow -- the appointment was quick and easy to schedule, where I was continuously updated via text. The technician arrived promptly at the appointment time and was quick to assess the issue with our circulation pump. I would definitely use Green Flow again as this experience was pain-free and they got our heat back working in under 20 min. Thank you for the great service."
