"This morning we found out our water heater broke and Good Tiddings responses to our request within ten minutes. Anthony was very responsive and got someone to our house within two hours. Brian was helpful and did a great job getting everything fixed. They gave us a few instructions on future maintenance so our new water heater will remain functional. "Excellent sales and service. The Technician had come to service my existing furnace and noticed that there was extensive rust in the heater core that was leeting the combustion gases to mix with the home heating air. Now, that is a true Carbon Monoxide hazard. He helped us get in touch with the sales rep immediately and we purchased a new Carrier system. In the next two days the same Technician Ed showed up to perform the installation. What a true professional. He takes a lot of pride in his work. He and his partner got the entire system replaced just in time for the cold night. I will truly recommend AJ Perri to other neighbors and friends."
