"Steve replaced a broken pull-down hose on a kitchen faucet. Quick. Easy. Great service. Thanks!"

"Highly professional and the work was done immediately the next day. I was quoted a few prices but his estimate was a lot less. After everything was finished the estimate was the final cost (no extra fees)of the new AC unit with installation. I highly recommend Sergi and Breeze Construction."

"On Time took care of what I needed"

"Major full, hall bath renovated over ten years ago. Needed clean-up and refresh. Dave repaired ceiling and walls, painted, replaced medicine cabinet, lighting, fan and switches. Also painted hallway and doors. Did a great job. Recommend and would use again."

"It went very well. The technician was professional and explained in details, what I needed to do for the up keep of the fire place he was such a big help."

"Erik came out to inspect our current system and arrived when scheduled. Gave us an proposal before he left. We called to schedule a date and they arrived on time. Work was totally completed within 6 hours and everything was cleaned up with no mess anywhere. They even vacuumed our basement carpet before they left. We're very pleased.

"The 2nd floor HVAC replacement went smoothly. the 3 installers were on time, and explained what they would be doing. they were professional and completed the job on time. afterwards they explained the warranty registration process and servicing. the unit works great."

"The audit went well.  The follow-on work (water heater replacement, heat pump replacement, and caulking).
They did a pretty good job.  They did sub out the water heater and heat pump parts.  The new water heater had a heat pump unit on it too.  The water heater had an alarm that went out and was eventually replaced.
The subs did test my patience when they started late and ended even later than they said they would.  I eventually told them they had to get out at a certain time.
I took a year to write this because I wanted to back it up with cost savings info.  Unfortunately, the jury is still out on whether or not the system is paying for itself.

"Bill was very responsive, prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was even able to save me a few hundred dollars by removing one of the components that was still working from the dead unit and put it in the unit which needed fixing. He'll also be getting me a quote to replace the non-working unit. I would highly recommend Bill's company."
