"They have made many repairs and replacements over the years. We estimate we've saved $10,000 by having the warranty. They really have improved their service a lot over the years we've used them. They are really professional, now have an automated service line that routes us to the correct operator to help. One example was when our furnace went out and is was zero degree. "The tech arrived promptly and introduced herself. She had a mask on. She replaced the batteries in the smoke detectors (some of which were located in high ceilings). Then she removed the filters from the HRV system, washed them thoroughly and put them back into the unit. She also kindly carried in a large box from my car and placed it where I requested."
