They installed a new utility sink, sink pump, and needed piping and valves with tie ins to the main septic. They made improvement above and beyond the initial job breakdown, all the while staying within budget. I will certainly consider them again for any future work. "This USED to be my go to plumbing service. I used to get quality service at a fair price. Once a new plumber started showing up the prices increased. I was given an estimate of $1800 for a routine job. I got two other estimates for $600 and $865 by reputable local plumbers. I donâ t appreciate being taken advantage of. The two plumbers who provided estimates did not charge a fee just for showing up. Some plumbers who charge a fee for showing up will put the fee that towards the cost of the repair. Blue Owl charges are not industry standard!!! I feel bad for all the customers leaving five star reviews who donâ t know that theyâ re being ripped off. If the job is not an emergency, do your homework and get multiple estimates before using this service."
