Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. Temps are dropping to low 40s and 30s. Desperately I gave Biondich Electric a call and spoke to Mat. As soon as he heard no heat, he rescheduled his other appointments and came to help me in the same afternoon. He was very thorough and thoughtful, even took extra time to explain everything to a novice like me. He got the heat back on in a few hours after rerouting wires and Installing things for extra safety. He even came by once again the next morning to help me diagnose one other plumbing issue. Mat is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. His rate is reasonable.
