"I've been working with this organization for about 2 years, perhaps a bit more, they have always been cost effective until this recent experience, they spent ~30-45min here at the house and identified the problem as a clogged pan drain,
the charge was ~300, i asked why the "high" charge and it was broken down as ~250 to come out and provide service, and another ~40 for the cost of the gas "nitrogen" to clear the drain,
these people have always been polite, professional, and effective, but, the charges have now become cost prohibitive, if you got the money and need a someone, these people are the ones i would recommend

Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "I had a lot of additional cost. It ended up at $1500. They only cleaned three, for the big deal. And then, I had a thing that they put in to make sure that the air stays clean. They said I had a humidifier on my furnace and they said that it had to come off. And then, they said you can get a much better one and then they kind of disappeared and they didn't talk about it or really sit down and have a conversation with me. I'm not even sure why they had to take it off or what they did."
