"Our A/C was not working. Another company told us the compressor was bad and the whole unit would need to be replaced. The repairperson from Blue Fox indicated the compressor was fine, but that there was a refrigerant leak or low refrigerant, and recharged the unit (which worked for about one month -- it probably does have a refrigerant leak). Even though we will likely need to replace the unit, we appreciate that Blue Fox seemed to have diagnosed the issue correctly."
