"More than satisfied with the quality of Chimney Cricket's work. Scheduling and clean-up were perfect."

"Lee was fantastic! I called him up on Monday to inquire about having our chimney swept. He was immediately warm and receptive on the phone, and offered an early morning appointment for today. He arrived promptly at our scheduled time, and took great care to keep our home clean while he made certain that our chimney was cleaned out, repaired, and in tip-top shape. We'll be certain to use "A Cheaper Chimney Sweeper" again in the future!

"Does a great job, neat, clean and knows his stuff. I know several other people that use him regularly."

"The work was done professionally & timely. They had to work around the landscaping and didn't damage anything. The foreman, Greg, kept us well informed on what to expect with each phase. The crew was friendly and did a great job of cleaning up each day. The final result exceeded our expectations. We look forward to working with them again!"

"Len and  his partner worked on two different days and  arrived a few hours late on the first day but had the wrong phone number to contact me.  They were however able to complete the work that I needed to done very satisfactorily.  The did not have a tall enough ladder to install the ceiling fan but did return a few days later having rented an appropriate ladder from Home Depot.  Hanging the fan was clearly a two man job and they did a great job.  Although they did not have the proper ladder initially they were willing to get the rental and return to complete the install.  The ladder was huge and they had to transport carefully on their truck.  I appreciated their willingness to go the extra mile to complete the task.  They were friendly, professional and very accommodating.  I originally purchases the 3 hrs of 2 handymen services for $275 and paid an additional $175 for the fan install which included the rental of the extra tall ladder from Home Depot.  The job did take them an additional hour plus and was not an easy task.   I will definitely hire them again and referred them to my sister.

"Arrived on time. Very professional. I should have hired them much earlier before I wasted my hard earned money to some random roofer. The worker water tested my chimney and gave his diagnosis and expertise. When it is time to replace my chimney cover to a stainless permanent one, I won't hesitate to contact Kelly. She was very kind to arrange an appointment and ver knowledgeable."

"Imagine you are in the middle of painting your house and the painter refuses to repair the chimney because it was so bad. I fortunately contacted Specialty. I was given 3 weeks to review by other companies but Nosh not only came that evening, he left to look to match 50+year old bricks AND he was by my house at 7:30 the following morning AND tore down and replaced my entire chimney in less than 48 hours and did a skillful masterful job, (we are not related, I am just super happy to have contracted Specialty"

"Showed up on time and fixed the problems in the roof identified.
