We give this review a 4.9 because CJ Mechanical refused to sign a contract but instead insisted on using an invoice with a disclaimer notice. Experience has taught us that no matter the job, or how many positive reviews a contractor has online, it is very important to get a detailed contract that clearly states the scope of the work and responsibilities. Fortunately for us, in this instance, the work was completed to our satisfaction and the system is functioning significantly better than it had previously. Great job."
