"I needed to replace my Water Heater with a special order Bradford Smith. This company is fair priced and does quality work. The office staff are great at answering the phone and very helpful to insure that any permits or paperwork gets done in a timely manner."

"Previous inspections by other plumbers had told us faucet was old and was not repairable, so the tile wall would have to be broken to replace the entire faucet unit. I did not have replacement tile to patch the broken ones. So I went to Angie's List and found Advanced Professionals. The Advanced Professional plumber did arrive late due to a previous job (this can happen.) But Advanced Professional's office kept us updated and promised the repair would still be performed. Job was performed in less than an hour. Plumber had all parts for the work. He checked the repair with the water running by videoing the repair from behind the tile wall (there was an access panel available) and reviewed the video with me. The job site was cleaned before he left. We discussed other minor issues around the house, and he made his professional recommendations. I will use them for future work. Advanced Professionals always answers the phone during normal business hours. This is key. As many plumbers are one or two person operators and won't answer the phone once they are on the job and their voice mail is usually full. I highly recommend this company."

"Gold Medal really helped out after our sewer line backed up into our basement. The other pros all wanted us to pay for a camera view first for several hundred. Then the actual cleaning of the line was $500 and up depending on the results of the camera. Gold Medal had a fixed price for cleaning out a sewer line. They came and quickly diagnosed the problem and cleaned it out. Our technician Brett was awesome and even put us in touch with DryTech to assist cleaning up the water damage."

"This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"

"I had used Rob before for a few things in the house I wasn't able to perform myself. I had come home and heard the water alarm and found my sump pump dead and water beginning to overflow into the basement. I called Rob and he made it over and repaired the pump. Very happy with the professionalism and quality of the service and will continue to hire him for any services needed."

"Elly called me right away to schedule the repair. Upon his arrival, I showed him the dishwasher and explained that it began leaking a few days prior to purchasing the deal so the timing couldn't have been better. He pulled out the dishwasher and found the cracked hose that needed replacing. Since he was there, I also asked him to repair the outdoor pipe that keeps breaking each winter even though I shut the water off well before the freezing temperatures reach the area. He left to go to Home Depot and get the supplies needed for both repairs. He came back within an hour and fixed the dishwasher right away. He then told me that it would cost $160 to repair the pipe outside which I thought was a little high but since I needed it done and considering the dishwasher was fixed for $99, I figured, overall, it was a good price. He repaired the welds on the pipe and cleaned up inside and out and left. Though the pipe was fixed, it was only temporary. One morning about a week ago, I heard something break and bounce under my deck. I went down to the basement and could see the pipe bouncing and knocking against the deck. I'll have to get it fixed again, and hope to get someone who can figure out why this keeps happening and resolve the issue in a more permanent manner. Otherwise, Elly was prompt and professional.
