"I don't know if our job was easier, or harder than other garage heaters that this crew (company) installed. What I do know is that the job was well thought out and done on time and on the cost quoted. My guess is that the two installers spent more time here due to the scope of the job than the sales person estimated. They kept me in the loop when it came to where they were going to run gas and electrical lines and where they were going to put the heater. Used tarps to cover those areas in our house so there wasn't any cleanliness issues there. After they were done, they made certain that all of the garage was spotless. Highest praise."

"Great thanks Technicians TONY and TYLER! This service rang ALL the bells. They were very professional and pleasant. I Had them replace three shutoff valves under the sink which were frozen and had small leaks. I asked about cheaper fixes and they advised replacing the whole valves, which was actually what I preferred. They gave a price and it was exactly what I researched as being a good, reasonable price. They were quick and exact and tested all of the valves that they replaced (hot/cold/dishwasher). I have used them in the past and have also used other plumbing services. The other plumbing services that I have used were shoddy at best and not very professional. This service is just what the doctor ordered. I will definitely use this service again. They were right on time and easy to schedule. They use the best quality parts that will last for years. If you need any plumbing done definitely give them a call and/or schedule through their website. Great people, great service, and the right price! Easy to schedule and prompt on time."

"Justin replaced our 64 year old non-code gas line in a constrained location ... creatively, steadily, without compaint. After updating the aforementioned gas line, Justin replaced a kitchen valve that broke the night before, then stayed to help install/ test a newer dishwasher. Will call Justin first with any future gas/ water plumbing issues."

"Brian S did a great job diagnosing issues with my water heater. He was able to schedule one of their plumbers to come out and install a new water heater the next day. I would highly recommend Perma Seal for any future waterproofing and plumbing needs."

"I was so impressed with this company. From the customer service agent, the manager all the way to the guys who actually installed the furnace. They answered every question that I had and explained everything to me in detail. The installers were prompt, curtious and did not leave a mess. They honored the deal that I got from Angie's List with no hidden agenda or small print additions. I will refer them in a heartbeat. I love my new unit!"

"I had a house fire and my whole house got completely soaked from the fire department. So I called accurate restoration services, to do the water clean up/ mitigation. They also handled the remodel. They were there the next morning. Very thorough and did an excellent job!"

"Great! Robert was great. Right in the middle of a heat wave, the central air broke down.I feared the unit would need replacing because it's very old but, the replacement expense was not in the budget. Miraculously, he was able to fix it and our home is cool! I will definitely use them for all my family's Heating and Air needs. So grateful to have found them on Angie's list."

"He was able to quickly diagnose that the water leak from the water heater was a result of a ruptured tank, resulting in the need to replace the entire water heater."
