"Fantastic! Very quick response on a Saturday. Tyrone was close by and quickly came over to evaluate whether or not this was a repair or a replacement for our Rheem tankless water heater. He was very kind and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, as I suspected, it was a replacement. Jeff the project called and we walked through our options and price with him. He was low pressure and very understanding. We decided after our research to schedule a replacement for Sunday morning. Les and Brandon arrived on time and were very nice and worked quickly. Overall it was a great experience and GREAT customer service! Les and Brandon were very helpful, knowledgeable and informative. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!"

"The first appointment was canceled by this company. Once they got there, they proceeded to snake the drain but then the equipment broke so they had to bring out another snake. They think they unclogged the drain but there are still some vacuum noises at the far end of the home so I am not convinced it has been unclogged or fixed. The amount charged was also very expensive for the work performed. We had them out for a commercial application for our business and it was about 1/2 the cost of this appointment."
