His crew came at 5AM so they could work in the attic and they did a very quick and thorough job, out by Noon. The installers were very friendly, professional and helpful. They gave us a lot of information about our system and demonstrated the controls on the thermostat. They also took care to clean up after themselves. We're very satisfied with the unit they installed, a big improvement over the old one in terms of comfort and efficiency."
