"This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"

"They were very helpful when we were picking out the style and color. We brought home samples to view in our kitchen. The Monday evening the day before our installation they called to say that our quartz slab had cracked and they would have to find another. They even sent us a picture of the slab. Tuesday morning they called to say that they had located another one and that it was being shipped to them that day. They scheduled the installation for that Friday. On Friday morning they arrived promptly and the installation went smoothly. We are very pleased and would use them again."

"We called Vincent on a Sunday morning for an emergency cleaning since we were leaving for vacation Monday evening. We had a huge flood from the ac unit in our attic and we thought it was due to the gutters being clogged, not allowing the water the properly drain.  When I called he informed me he was located approx. 2 hrs from my home so I immediately thought there was no way he would come out on a Sunday to clean gutters.  However, he called back and offered to send someone if we couldn't find another company.  We agreed to a time and Jamie showed up at 2:00 and immediately went to work.  He also went in the attic to check the issue.  Although, the gutters were not the issue the service and response time was fantastic.  I would highly recommend using them."
