Andrew Korland plumber came at 8 pm after completing another job. He was professional, courteous and had great attention to detail. Once he assessed the problem , he contacted the owner before beginning the repair process. She approved the work.Andrew immediately began solving the problem running almost 80’ of coil to unclog the drain at the clean out site. We had a working toilet by 9pm. Andrew was calm and explained what he was doing before and during the process. He also provided his contact information afterward in case we had questions or concerns. We are impressed with Andrew’s response time and excellent work ethic."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
