"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"My experience started out great, from the first call to the evaluation. I was able to get an appointment within the same week. Even called back to let me know an opening had become available. During the evaluation I felt AAA Basement was being honest with me about what was needed. No Services were needed, but I was a list of things to work on to prevent mold from developing. The list was explained thoroughly and discussed the need for a Dehumidifier. We have since put in the dehumidifier and things are going great.

She informed me that there schedule was booked on the day that I requested. However, she was able to accommodate me with another day that worked for me. They unclogged our Kitchen sink drain line in our basement that was stopped up. After unclogging the drain in the Kitchen basement they discovered that the line upstairs had now become clogged.
