"My AC was blowing but not cold. Had McCrea stickers on my unit. Looked up in local phone book and called. Had an appointment 2 days later. Tech (Mario Cieza) called in the specified timeframe, 30 min before arrival. Tech was polite and direct to troubleshooting. I had AC issues 3 years ago and it was a bad compressor capacitor. Mario after troubleshooting diagnosed that the same capacitor was bad. He replaced the capacitor, checked and topped off the coolant, and cleaned the blower exterior. The quoted repair price was reasonable ($237). I was happy with the service response, professionalism and price."

"Just had an emergency visit to replace capacitor in one of my two HVAC units. Was able to schedule my favorite tech Kevin through the excellent front desk staff. Called in early morning and same day repair work - and Kevin fixed the problem even though the house electricity suddenly cut off halfway through the visit due to the remnants of Hurricane Debby coming through. Our family been with Holtzople since 2008 with the installation and maintenance of two TRANE heat pump units. We have always been extremely happy with Holtzople. "It was an all-around good service & project. I had a large out-building that used to have electric to it. I wanted to add electric to the building in hopes that if I had to sell, then electric to the building would increase the sale-ability of the property. It was an extensive project. They had to dig a trench from the house to the bldg, add a panel box, run wiring through the 36'x36' 2-story salt-box style bldg, provided light fixtures, outlets, etc... a few days after the project was completed, a large rainstorm washed out some of the trenching. They came out within a day or 2 after the storm & filled back in the collapsed trenching."
