Very easy to set an appointment after a few questions about water quality and the technician came out and was great. Very personable and professional. Answered all questions I had and educated me and my wife about water treatment. Agreed to the price and made the deal. Installation was done two days later and has been a complete game changer. "I just wanted to leave a quick review. I appreciate Russ with Integrity Plumbing so much. I did not know who to call when my garbage disposal just died with raw chicken I had just stuffed in it. I put in a request in for estimate on Angis app not sure what to expect. Within hours I was on the phone with Russ. He was prompt (actually early which is awesome!) and I had a new disposal within mins. He also noticed how bad the water pressure was and took a look around the house. I went ahead and had him install a new pressure regulator valve and the increase in water pressure is nuts! I can’t wIt to shower! Thank you so much, Russ! I will be calling you on future projects/installs!"

"<p>Benjamin Franklin's technicians performed outstanding service, installing an entire new and superior tankless hot water system, replacing our inferior and dangerously flawed tankless system that no longer performed. The lead technician was up front regarding the reasons for replacement, the cost of replacement, as well as less expensive alternatives. After we decided to replace with a new tankless system and because of the price point, the lead technician suggested time plan payment alternatives which was very helpful.</p> <p>The day of installation, the crew arrived on time as promised and suggested that the unit be placed on the outside of the house instead of underneath in the crawl space, allowing for easy access for maintenance and trouble shooting as well as for safety. An excellent suggestion since the old tankless system had been installed against a wall in the crawl space underneath our bedroom floor which the lead technician noted, would have been bad for us if the corroded pipes had started leaking gas! Anyway, the entire job was completed without a hitch and again right on time as promised.</p> <p>The new system has been working perfectly for six months now and we could not be more pleased! I would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin and their technical crews to anyone with plumbing issues - two thumbs up!</p> <br />"
