He really was helpful in trying to help us resolve the issue which we really appreciated! Since hubby is skilled somewhat with plumbing we ended up going out and getting a replacement faucet - BUT C.T Mechanical and Louis are now safely saved in my contacts and the next time we need a plumber we know who we are going to call. They found that the pipe from the house to the tank was failing due improper installation when the house was built. Alliance arrived at our house before the time frame they gave me. They were up front with every charge throughout the process of identifying the source of our problem. A second truck had to be called in with extra equipment and supplies.
