"I purchased a roof inspection and tune-up theough Angie’s list. I was contacted quickly to set up the appointment and provided a reminder prior thereto. The technician was Mike G. who called about 10 minutes before arrival. He explained what he would do, then proceeded to inspect the attic and roof, making some repairs to the roof as necessay. When completed, we sat down to review pictures and discuss options. Mike G. explained things clearly but did not pressure us to do anything at this time. When the time comes to repair or replace the roof, we will definitely contact American Home Contractors."

"This is the second job that we have had CRS perform for us. I wanted a wall in our powder room tiled with split face, stone tile and the walls painted. Gerardo was competitively priced and I knew he would make us happy. Gerardo assured us that his tiler could handle the job. We discussed whether or not to have them remove our pedestal sink in order to have the job look the best it could. He suggested that we remove the sink and then replace it after tiling was complete. It looks fantastic. I also had them change our lighting fixture and faucet and mirror. Gerardo suggested that we may want to change the towel and toilet paper racks to match the other changes and I agreed with him. I appreciate his attention to detail. In addition to these changes, I mentioned to him that the light in our ceiling fan had burnt out but I didn't know how to open the fixture. He figured it out and changed the light bulb. I was quite happy to have a second functioning light in the bathroom! 

CRS provided a price per hour and an estimate of how long it would take to complete the job.  The job that they had done previously for me had been a flat fee estimate.  I was a little apprehensive about going with an hourly price.  My fears were relieved when he they hit the estimate on the nose. 

Overall I am quite happy once again with Gerardo and CRS Painting.  I have recommended them to two friends already!  Gerardo is great to work with because he is very responsive, professional and accomodating.  He really cares that the customer is happy at the end of the job.  I would not hesitate to call him again for future work."

"Great, provider was very friendly and did a great job.  Left no mess behind and told me about the damage to the inner parts of my chimney.  He said it needed to be replaced but wasn't being a pushy salesman and even said to get some quotes and call them back he I don't find a better deal.  They were on the expensive side when it came to replacing the panels tho.  But overall I would use them again to clean my chimney.
