Get matched with top water heater repair or service pros in Windham, NY

"Quick response to an emergency situation. The water heater was replaced at a reasonable price. David spent a great deal of time making sure the old tank was removed carefully even though it was difficult to drain the water because of the large amount of sediment build up. He worked very methodically and made sure the new heater was installed and working properly. Also did a very good job of cleaning up."

"Excellent, tech was knowledgeable and gave insight and recommendations regarding the condition of my heating system"

"Were able to quickly replace my water heater and explained all of the work they did."

"The repair man that came from Joe's, worked very hard to diagnose the problem and figure out the best solution for me. As a result my air conditioner is running and the work done was reasonable. a really good company to know."

Call me Vadim. I always been good with my hands as long as I can remember. I can fix almost anything. If you’ll ask my family and friends about me they’ll tell that I’m a Jack of all trades. I’m always happy to help.

"A-Star was on time, responsive to my needs and provided quality service. Their technicians are very courteous and knowledgeable."

"Best. Plumber. Ever.
Winston and his son-in-law were fantastic!  Due to my situation in a condominium, the project was VERY difficult.  What would normally take 1/2 hour or so took almost four hours.  I know some things about construction and most plumbers would have taken one look at the problem and walked away from this job.  Besides being highly skilled, it was like having a good friend over to do the job.  In addition, I was impressed that I wasn't even asked to give them any more money, which they justly deserved.  Please tip them generously!

"I specified that it was a tankless water heater, yet not surprisingly I was referred to a plumber who didn't know anything about tankless heaters, resulting in a waste of a couple of days. The second person did know about them, and so far the repair is working (fingers crossed). I wish CHW would pay attention to the details in my claim."

"They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."
