"Service was alright. I thought they were going to do more than what they did do, because they only did one. I have 2 air conditioners. It seems like you get less than you think you’re going to get. I was thinking they would do more of a service, but they didn’t. You had to buy into their program or whatever, where you could get more service. They do advertise for their servicing. They have a year round program, which I didn’t sign up for. It wasn’t an inconvenience, they are just trying to promote their business like most people do. The price was reasonable. I would not use this provider again – not in this lifetime."

"The technician cleaned and calibrated the air conditioner. He pointed out that we had a part that was aging and could possibly fail at any time. He asked if we wanted to replace it. We told him to do what he needed to do to get the air conditioner working at full capacity. He quoted a price of $132. After checking our account, he returned to tell us that the part is covered under the 10 year warranty. He was very thorough and meticulous with his work.
We have dealt with Duggan for 8 years and had our unit serviced spring and fall each year. The office always communicates with the customer and let you know when the technician is on the way. During the eight years, all the technicians were knowledgeable, professional and  are always very polite. They wear shoe covers when in the house and leave their work area clean.
