I feel they did a poor job of keeping us informed on their progress with our project. We called them twice to ask when they will be back to install the part. One Thursday, during this 23 day wait, they were to show up between 8AM - 12 PM. They were no call/ no show! We were left hanging, wondering what's going on. Are they really going to fix our furnace or should we find another repair company? Sure glad it wasn't winter yet! They did knock $50 off our bill for the inconvenience, so I rated them a 4."
