"Syd responded the same day I contacted him and fixed my dryer the same day. He did the same with my washer this year in January. He does excellent work diagnosing the problem and fixing it quickly. He is honest, courteous, prompt, professional, and very knowledgable. His prices are reasonable. He is definitely the person to hire for appliance repairs and I would contact him again."

"Fantastic! Exactly what I was looking for - wanted to know if it was a quick fix that could keep our 10 year old dishwasher going a little longer or if it was something bigger where we might just replace it. Chris walked me through testing and told me where problem most likely was without having to pull dishwasher out. Now we can confidently put money into new washer instead of spending lots on repair for an old one."

"We had a continuous leak from the old water heate, which went undetected for several months, causing a problem with humidity and mold in the basement.  The mold remediation company recommended John and coordinated with him to be sure he would be willing to work in the basement environment, which would require wearing protective equipment due to the mold problem.  John was able to replace the water heater the next day. He was very professional and very understanding about the condition of the basement. He also was able to give me some tips on other work that I might want to have done once the basement is restored. I would definitely use his services again if the need arises.

"Air Care Service was great to work with. Very responsive when I put in the initial request. Their service team was early to the appointment and did a thorough job examining the dryer duct. He actually found an issue that our builder had overlooked that will help us avoid future buildup. I would highly recommend them to others looking for a quick, professional team at a good value"

"Victor was fast, on time, pleasant to work with and charged a very reasonable fee for his services. He was also very knowledgeable. He correctly guessed the issue I had on the phone when I described it to him. I would recommend him for any appliance repair or install you need done."

"I took a chance and tried one of Angie's List's deals as some of my appliances had been malfunctioning for a while. Even when not in use, my washer was accumulating water. I would drain it but it would fill up again.
The repairs went very smoothly. Richard had seen this issue many times before and knew exactly what to do. He was able to do the repair in only one hour without an assistant. Even though my washer/dryer are stacked which makes repairs more difficult, he was able to maneuver around it, as there was just enough space. He had helpful hints too (don't use too much soap).
Because the washer repair went so well, I showed him my oven which was not starting up consistently or holding its temperature. Again, Richard knew just what to do. He replaced the igniter in less than an hour. I am so pleased that both appliances are working beautifully now. I really appreciated Richard's insights about appliances too. For example, I have a very good fridge and all I need to do is vacuum the coils to extend its life. Also, he took a look at my dryer, which keeps showing the clean lint filter light. Once the loads don't dry completely, I know to call him out again.
Richard is also the owner of Appliance Alliance and I can tell he takes pride in what he does. This was a great deal!

"On day of appointment, a plumber came to check on my request. Due to financial constraint, I couldn't afford the recommended parts & services. I was charged $180 for the diagnosis. A few days later, the owner or his representative gave me a call promising to return, reimburse me. Praise the Lord I got a check for $180."

"good - even though the dryer needed to have the vent pipe thoroughly cleaned of bird's nests first, Jeff gave us great service through his honest advice"

"I came to know about Pat Walsh through Angie’s list. The job went well. He did a good job. He came with his friend called Patrick. They called me the day before and informed me that they are coming on next morning. They came on time. Both the guys were very nice and polite. They came in and did the work. They took the vacuum and cleaned up everything. They were very professional. They ask permission for anything that they had to do. They asked permission to use the vacuum cleaner to clean. They were in and out pretty quickly. They were very careful and specific about what we wanted. I would definitely use their service in the future too."
