"Wes and his entire crew were amazing. I had water damage from a couple of leaks in my basement and his crew went above and beyond to not only fix the problem but ensure that it doesn’t happen again. It’s always stressful having people in your space fixing things, but Wes and his crew made me feel very comfortable, and made a point to communicate with me daily or even more often about how the project was going.. They stayed until 8:30 pm the first day to ensure that the part of my wall that was open to the outside was sealed up for the night. As I had recently cleaned out my mom’s house and a lot of her belongings were downstairs, it was not organized at all, but they helped me clean it out and organize what was salvageable, and were very careful with my mom’s things. He even took my dogs out for me on the days I had to work and by the end of the project the pups all loved him too! I would recommend them to anyone looking for help with projects."

"We had contacted Anthony to try and solve an issue of getting water in our basement during heavy rainstorms.  Anthony was extremely quick to respond to all emails and made time to come out to our home not only once for an initial consultation and quote, but again a second time to do a final run through with both my husband and I.   He was extremely knowledgable about the work that needed to be done and seemed 100% confident in his proposed solution.  I was impressed with how quickly he was able to identify what was wrong and he took the time to clearly explain it to us.  He was also willing to discuss price and tried to really work with us.  Unfortunately, I am expecting our second child any day now and, after receiving the final walk through, we had some complications that forced us to rethink our immediate financial needs. "I had a flood in a basement, an issue with my sump pump. He was there with in 30 minutes, professional, addressed, explained and fixed the problem!"

"Initial service call was to clean out air ducts.  Inspection found mold in ducts and air handler.  Revised job was $700 to clean, disinfect, and apply anti-mold solution to AC system, and to provide and install a UV light to help prevent mold issues from returning.
The cleaning went reasonably quickly, but they didn't have a UV lamp with them, so a return visit was scheduled.
The UV lamp was installed on the return visit, but due to a lack of electrical outlets in my attic, it is not currently active.  This is not the contractor's fault, but it would have been nice to know before purchasing the product.
